Students participate in a unique program that combines workshops, student mentoring, selected readings and facilitated discussions to develop and reflect on leadership practices in the real world. This yearlong program includes monthly workshops, sessions to further discuss the application of specific concepts, and a final reflection project determined by the current participants.
